Specifications

Plankboo manufactures vertical, horizontal, and high-density/strand-woven bamboo flexible veneers. Strand-woven bamboo veneers are more durable and resemble redwood. They are suitable for use in commercial and residential interiors. The back of our veneer is glued with celluse fleece to avoid cracks when transported and used. There are some standard sizes of our vertical and horizontal bamboo veneer sheets for you to choose from.

High-density bamboo veneer plywood is more sophisticated than natural bamboo veneers in processing. We can produce both single-layer and multi-layer high-density bamboo bending veneered boards.

Natural Bamboo Edge Bandings

PLANKBOO offers non-glued and pre-glued bamboo edge banding with natural and high-density grains, which is used to cover rough and uneven edges of plywood, particleboard, MDF/HDF, and more.

It is available in custom sizes, colors, and grains. Bamboo veneer edge banding tape is an ideal choice for decorating furniture, tables, cabinet doors, shelves, countertops etc.. The specifications can be customized to suit various applications.

Veneers Features

  • Sustainable & Green Resource

Using 4-6 years of Mao bamboo to manufacture veneers that have good stable and durable physical properties. It’s 100% real bamboo, don’t need worry about extinction. We also can provide FSC certification. 

  • Flexible & Durable

Bamboo veneers, especially bamboo veneered plywood are flexible to bend and glue on complex shapes, even 3D shapes. It’s also easy to laser cutting into various shapes making arts like bamboo lamps, lampshades, etc.. Comparing other wood veneers, bamboo veneers are more durable, as bamboo is naturally antibacterial.

  • Low Emission

All of our veneers are manufactured with E0/E1 glue which is lower formaldehyde emission and healthy to apply interior decorations and furniture.

The veneers are made of slice of bamboo solid lumbers which are harmonized in color and natural appearance. Our bamboo wood veneers have 4 kinds of grain- horizontal/wide/plain, vertical/narrow/side, strand woven/ high-density and tiger strand woven.
